Love my babies!

Today I took Jackson and Jacob to the Dupage Children's Museum. We had WAY too much fun. I wish we could just go there every day. I love seeing them have so much fun. Our sweet friend gave both my kids a lunch box that her boys have outgrown. Jackson has a fire truck one and Jacob has a mickey mouse one. Jackson asked if we could have a picnic at the museum. He helped pack the lunches. He loves being mommy's big helper.

We have a pass here but haven't been for a while. They have new train stuff so the boys were in heaven!

I insist on being in pictures even if I look lame! I want them to know I was really there too :)

But Jackson took my camera and said "Well Mom, you know, I could just try to take the pictures too okay?" I just want to squeeze him when he says cute things like that!

Jacob was overwhelmed and SO happy! He said "My choo choos" about a billion times.

They worked together and had so much fun with these light things.

And they put every single one of them in there! They were so proud.

I think I had as much fun with the toys as they did :)

This is always their favorite when we come here. They love to watch the colors change. Jackson loves to say which color the lights are each time they change. Jacob loves to scream and smile every time they change.

We tried the build it part this time but I need John here for this. I couldn't hold Jacob and help Jackson at the same time. But Jackson loved the couple of minutes we were in there. He is really into building and tools. He LOVES to work in the garage with Daddy and work on projects.

Jackson loves the HULK! I found this funny looking doll at a second hand store for 50 cents. Brought it home, washed it, and he is now Jackson's best friend.

Once in awhile I cave and let my boys split a churro from Costco. Jacob didn't get very far into his by the time we got home. I love when they fall asleep on our way home because they stay asleep when I carry them to their beds.

Jackson is a Daddy. Handy Manny is his son. This is coming from him, not me. He feeds him, dresses him, Handy Manny even knows how to use the big boy potty and his daddy taught him. Jackson tucks him in for nap and bed time. He eats every meal with Jackson, gets strapped into the car seat, and sits in the cart at the grocery store. Grandma (that would be me) even has to kiss him goodnight.

Jacob has to be restrained while I make dinner or he just gets into everything. So I put him in his high chair with Wonder Pets on tv for just a few minutes while I get dinner going. This is what happens when he fights his nap earlier. I

I love one on one time with each of my boys. Jacob and I get 2 1/2 hours twice a week while Jackson is at preschool. I love my time with Jacob. I can't get enough of my little Cheese Puff. He makes me crazy in a good way. He is probably so sick of me kissing and squeezing him.

If I could use one word to describe Jacob it would be happy.

I made some fun spider web cookie pops for Halloween. I was watching my friend's two cutie pies for a little bit and they all had fun with the treats.

They all kept looking at the cookies in between every bite. It was so cute.
